A steel sheet for a refrigerator door and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to facilitate a work for forming an appearance of the door by using a cold rolled steel sheet having a superior workability. A steel sheet for a refrigerator door comprises the steel sheet(100) that forms an appearance of the door. A PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate) film layer(400) is formed on the entire surface of the steel sheet to form a smooth surface having fingerprint-resistant property. An adhesive layer(200) is interposed between the steel sheet and the PET film layer to allow the steel sheet to adhere the PET film layer. A scratch is formed on the surface of the steel plate to provide stainless quality. The adhesive layer is coated with primer to improve adhesive performance of the adhesive layer. A clear coating layer(300) is coated on the surface of the adhesive layer to protect the surface of the steel plate. |
