A motor equipped with an absolute angle sensor, a method and a system for measuring a steering wheel rotation angle using the same are provided to measure and calculate the steering wheel rotation angle by measuring and calculating an absolute angle of a motor shaft in an ECU(Electronic Control Unit). A motor(330) equipped with an absolute angle sensor includes a rotation angle sensor(310) and an RPM(Revolutions Per Minute) sensor(320). The rotation angle sensor senses a relative angle, or a relative rotation angle of a motor shaft. The RPM sensor senses RPM of the motor shaft by connecting a Geneva mechanism to the motor shaft and attaching a photo sensor to the Geneva mechanism. The RPM sensor includes a driving wheel having a driving cam rotated by rotary power of the motor shaft, a driving pin rotated by rotation of the driving cam, and a support to connect the driving cam and the driving pin, and a driven wheel having at least one driven groove and a driven shaft.
