A joint for an ice bank and an ice bank for a refrigerator using the same are provided to preventing corrosion from occurring due to coming off of plating and reducing the manufacturing cost. A joint for an ice bank comprises a plate(420) and a reinforcement member(440). The plate has a plane section(424) and a driving section(422) that extends from the plane section such that the driving section cross the plane section. The reinforcement member, at which the plate is mounted, has a support(442) that provides support force to the driving section. The reinforcement member has a hole(444) into which the driving section is inserted. The plate is mounted at the reinforcement member through the hole such that the driving section is positioned toward the support. The reinforcement member has a groove(448) into which the plane section of the plate is inserted.
