A removable book stand for a student desk is provided to facilitate turning pages of the book in state of fixed on the book stand. A removable book stand for a student desk includes; a base plate(60) having a receiving part(62) formed longitudinally on the upper part of both sides in horizontal direction; a grip implement to grip both surfaces of the book, which is installed in the receiving part and comprises a coupling member(71), the first pin(76), a grip member(72), the second pin(77), and a torsion spring(78); a guide implement comprising a guide groove(63) and a guide body(64), which guides the grip implement to move front and rear by sliding; a location adjusting implement installed to control moving location of the grip implement, which is also established in the receiving part.
