A method for producing barrier layer on the components of nuclear power equipment relates to the branch of forming the surface corrosion-resistant layers with the help of highly concentrated energy sources, and especially to the branch of obtaining barrier layers on the surface of structural elements made of special steels and alloys, which operate in contact with corrosion-active media, and it can be used for laser working of the elements of nuclear power equipment.
