A process for production of vodka comprises the mixing of treated water and alcohol, filtration of the obtained mixture, its treatment with activated charcoal, introducing the nessecary prescribed components, and bottling. Colloidal solution of nanoparticles of microelements and precious metals is introduced into treated water. The nanoparticles are obtained by erosion-bursting dispersion of metallic granules in water, and colloidal solution of nanoparticles of microelements and precious metals is additionally introduced into alcohol; nanoparticles are obtained by erosion-bursting dispersion of metallic granules in alcohol. At that microelements and precious metals are selected from group, containing silver, gold, platinum, copper, iron, manganese, zinc, cobalt, molybdenum, chromium, magnesium, bismuth, and selenium. |
