The invention relates to novel medicaments used for inhaling, comprising one or several, preferably one, tiotropium salt in combination with one or several pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts of a compound of formula 2', wherein radicals R<1>, R<2>, R<3>, and R<4> can have the meanings indicated in the description and in the claims. Also disclosed are methods for the production thereof and the use thereof in the therapy of respiratory diseases.
