A method of controlling key recognition is provided to determine whether a plurality of key inputs are allowed and perform key input error correction automatically using a ghost key algorithm or recognize the key inputs based on the determination result. A method of controlling key recognition includes a step of checking whether a predetermined number of keys are simultaneously pushed(S120), a step of carrying out key input error correction and then performing key recognition when a number of keys smaller than the predetermined number are simultaneously pushed(S140), and a step of recognizing corresponding keys when a number of keys greater than the predetermined number are simultaneously pushed(S150).
