The invention relates to chemical industry. A process for the preparation of granulated aluminium sulphate comprises the supply of fusion cake of aluminium sulphate to the granulator for pulverizing on a layer of granulate, which is revolved in granulator, granulating crystallization with outlet in the form of water steam, obtaining of granules with their further cooling and usage a part of them as return product, which is get back to the supply stage to the granulator, in weight ratio of return product to the fusion cake being pulverized, 1:(0.9-3.5), correspondingly. The fusion cake of aluminium sulphate is fed to granulator in two parts, one part is supplied to the delivery and distribution zone of return product in the granulator in quantity of 0.4-0.8 weight parts of fusion cake of aluminium sulphate from the total amount of fusion cake, and the second – to the zone of granules formation in the granulator in quantity of 0.2-0.6 weight parts of fusion cake of aluminium sulphate from the total amount of fusion cake. The use of the invention allows improving the kinetics of the process of granulating crystallization, increasing monodispersiveness of obtained granules. |
