DEVICE FOR FORMING TWO-DIMENTIONAL DYNAMIC INFRARED IMAGES

摘要

A device for forming two-dimensional dynamic infrared images comprises a projector of optical radiation and a transforming screen made as a semi-conductive plate with width of forbidden band being less than energy of optical radiation quantum, which located at an optical axis of project, a unit for maintaining work temperature of the transforming screen. On the both surfaces of transforming screen it is deposited dielectric oxide films being transparent in working range of infrared spectrum. Films have semiconductive nanoparticles in volume part 5-10 % and nanoparticles of gold in volume part 1-2 % that immunize surfaces of semiconductor of transforming screen. The width of films is 50-200 nm.
