A grain-cleaning separator contains a bed, at least, a single-section mobile screen housing, which is connected with the bed with flexible suspensions and is equipped with receiving branch pipe, sliding frames with sorting and cleaning sieves, with chutes for removal of large and minor admixtures located under said sieves, and aspiration branch pipe, electric motor connected to screen housing with V-belt drive, which follower pulley consists of a nave, a rim and a disk and is equipped with an unbalanced load, which takes a sector from 90° to 120°, and, at least, one aspiration column, which is connected to the grain tailings from the screen housing through the chute and has mobile wall for adjusting the flow area, lower opening for release of cleaned grain and upper opening for removal of the mixture of air and rubbish. The unbalanced load contains basis in the form of a lug on the disk of the follower pulley, which height is not lower than the ring thickness of this pulley, and, at least, one detachable cover plate for the lug. |
