Microtome has frame with guides, support with knife holder, knife and object holder fixed on standpipe installed on trolley with possibility of displacement with respect to knife. The standpipe has tip with screw threading and cylindrical cavity. Object holder is arranged as collet and pressing nut that interact one with another by means of conical surfaces provided in the nut and the collet, respectively. The nut is installed with possibility of connection to screw threading of the tip. The collet is placed in the cavity of the tip. Outer diameter of the collet and the inner diameter of the cavity of the tip of the standpipe are comparable to each other. |
