The invention relates to metallurgy and can be used for determination of quantity of metallurgical slags, cast-iron and steel scrap and for distribution of secondary raw material by content of iron to respective classes. The device includes inductive transformer included to oscillatory circuit of active oscillator to output of which amplifier is connected, and includes frequency detector and indicator. To the appliance additionally are included second amplifier, amplitude detector, two scaling blocks, two adders and computer divider. At that the second amplifier is connected to the output of active oscillator, outputs of both amplifiers are connected through frequency and amplitude detectors to inputs of scaling blocks, respectively, first outputs of those are connected to the first inputs of respective adders, and the second outputs of scaling blocks are connected in cross connection to the second inputs of the adders. Outputs of both adders are connected inputs of divider that calculates specific magnetic permittivity value of which is indicated on indicator connected to the output of the divider. The device provides increase of accuracy of measurement of iron content due to fact that filling of area of coil of inductive transformer with parts is taken into account at calculation of specific magnetic permittivity. |
