A heat melt-bonding device for left and right door trim of an automotive is provided to reduce initial investing costs by being used for both left and right door trim and reducing the number of installation equipment. A heat melt-bonding device for left and right door trim of an automotive comprises a frame(10), an upper turning plate(11), a turning device for the upper turning plate and a press elevating device(15). The upper turning plate is installed so as to be freely turned by a turning shaft(18) mounted in the frame, and has one surface installed with heat melt-bonded heads(19) for first door trim and the other surface installed with heat melt-bonded heads(21) for second door trim. The turning device for the upper turning plate turns the upper turning plate. The press elevating device mounts a mounting jig for the door trim, and is elevated in a direction of the upper turning plate.
