A spindle motor is provided to reduce a manufacturing tolerance between a bearing holder and a plate and maintain perpendicularity of the bearing holder for the plate by manufacturing the bearing holder and the plate by a predetermined press process, thereby improving reliability of a product. A spindle motor includes a bearing holder(130) and a plate(120). The bearing holder has a bearing(140) fixedly installed inside to rotatably support a rotation axis(170). The plate fixedly supports the bearing holder. The bearing holder and the plate are integrated. The bearing holder includes an outer cylindrical unit(131) and an inner cylindrical unit(132). The outer cylindrical unit is protruded from an upper surface of the plate so that an end of one side thereof is connected to the plate. The inner cylindrical unit is received in the outer cylindrical unit so that an end of one side thereof is connected to an end of the other side of the outer cylindrical unit. The inner cylindrical unit has an outer circumferential surface(133) closely adhered to an inner circumferential surface of the outer cylindrical unit.
