An apparatus for preventing a vehicle door from being sagged is provided to reduce noise by maintaining airtightness of a door when driving at a high speed. An apparatus for preventing a vehicle door from being sagged comprises: a support unit installed on an inner panel(55) of a vehicle door, which prevents the door from being sagged by being adhered closely to a side seal panel(90) adjacent to the inner panel and a sealing unit installed on the side seal panel, which prevents the door from being opened to indoor and outdoor sides.
