A buried drain pipe for preventing dried stream is provided to drain rainwater rapidly through a draining pipe by fitting an outer cylindrical body to the outside of a guide cylindrical body and opening and closing draining holes. A buried drain pipe for preventing dried stream comprises a rain gutter duct(10), a well manhole(20), and a draining pipe(30). The draining pipe is formed with a draining layer(40) at the outside of the well manhole, and draining holes(21) formed at lower peripheral surfaces of the well manhole. The buried drain pipe includes a guide cylindrical body(50), an outer cylindrical body(60), floating bodies(70), and dampers(80). The guide cylindrical body is formed with draining holes(51) and installed in the well manhole. The outer cylindrical body is fitted at the outside of the guide cylindrical body to be lifted up and down to open and close the draining holes. The floating bodies lift up the outer cylindrical body. The dampers are connected between the guide cylindrical body and the outer cylindrical body to control the dropping speed of the outer cylindrical body. |
