APPARATUS FOR RAPID HEATING THE SURFACE OF A MOLD

An apparatus for rapidly heating a surface of a mold is provided to rapidly raise the temperature of the surface of the mold by directly spraying gas having high-temperature and high-pressure onto the surface of the mold. An apparatus for rapidly heating a surface of a mold comprises a moving section(10), a spraying section(20), a compressor(30), a heater(40), and a controller. The moving section is installed at one side of upper and lower molds(110,130) to move into a space between the upper and lower molds. The spraying section is provided at one end of the moving section to spray gas having high-temperature and high-pressure onto the surface of the mold. The compressor is connected to the sparing section and the heater is connected between the spraying section and the compressor to heat the gas supplied from the compressor.
