A slip form for forming a concrete wall of a vertical tunnel and a concrete wall constructing method thereof are provided to harden the concrete and to check the concrete surface safely by installing first, second, and third working plates, a railing, and a hand rail at upper and lower frames and a lower extension frame, and to moving materials by forming material moving paths in the first, second, and third bow shaped frames. A slip form for forming a concrete wall of a vertical tunnel comprises a plurality of circular skin plates(110), first, second, and third bow shaped frames(101,102,103), main wall forming slip foams(100), hinge connecting parts(140), and hinge connecting parts(150). The skin plates are welded at the outside of the bow shaped frames. The main wall forming slip foams are formed to fold the bow shaped frames. The hinge connecting parts connect the other ends of the first and second bow shaped frames with two ends of the third bow shaped frame to be folded. The bow shaped frames are welded with solid pattern beams(122) in the circular beams. Reinforcements(123) are molded at the beams. Vertical connecting materials and the reinforcements are welded between the upper and lower frames.
