CUTTING REPLACEMENT WORKS ON CONCRETE ELECTRIC POLES WITHOUT CUTTING OFF POWER SUPPLY USING POLE CLAMPS AND POLE CRUSHERS

A cutting replacement method of a concrete utility pole without cutting off power supply using pole clamps and pole crushers is provided to improve work stability by directly transferring arm braces and wires to a new utility pole from the replaced utility pole without an additional work. A cutting replacement method of a concrete utility pole without cutting off power supply includes the steps of: a pole clamp installing process of connecting a pole clamp(10) to an end of a boom(101) of an auger crane(100) by hydraulic pressure; an utility pole clamping process of fixing a front end of a replaced utility pole by moving the pole clamp to the replaced utility pole; a pole crusher installing process of installing a pole crusher(20) at a lower end of the pole clamp by using a live bucket truck(102); an utility pole crushing process of crushing a required part of the replaced utility pole by rotating the pole crusher; an utility pole cutting process of cutting an iron bar inside the replaced utility pole after removing the pole crusher; a new utility pole installing process of installing a new utility pole in a position where the replaced utility pole is removed; and a line transferring process of transferring arm braces(112) and wires(113) of the replaced utility pole to the new utility pole.
