A cooling water injecting port and a cap of a serge tank are provided to adjust an internal pressure of a vehicle by employing a pressure adjusting hole so that the opening of a cap, which is difficult due to the increase of the internal pressure after a vehicle is driven, is achieved with ease. A cooling water injecting part(34) is provided at one side of the body of a serge tank. The cooling water plays a role of a passage used to inject cooling water. A cap(10) seals an opening of the cooling water injecting port. The cooling water injecting part includes an injection port protruding from the body of the serge tank and having an open terminal end, a pressure adjusting hole provided at one side of the injection port, a thread formed on an outer sidewall of the injection hole, and a step formed at the border of the injection port and the body of the serge tank. |
