A clip and a channel connector for finishing the ceiling are provided to reduce working hours and expenses by simplifying various kinds of components used for lightweight steel-frame ceilings for finishing the ceiling, thereby making installation progress simple. A clip(2100) for finishing the ceiling comprises a vertical piece(2110), an upper hanger piece(2120) extended horizontally from the top of the vertical piece and provided with a hanging projection(2121), and a hanging ring(2130) formed on the lower end of the vertical piece and projected upward, wherein two ends of an M-bar are coupled to the hanging ring and a channel is coupled to the upper hanger piece to be supported to each other. The vertical piece includes a lower hanger piece spaced out from the upper hanger piece at a certain distance to support the channel coupled to the upper hanger piece to fix the M-bar and the channel more strongly, and an inclined piece(2111) inclined in the opposite direction to the extended part of the upper hanger piece to make the hanging projection of the upper hanger piece pressurize the top of the channel and to be adhered closely to a vertical plane of the channel to heighten the binding strength of the channel. A channel connector for finishing the ceiling comprises a vertical piece, an upper hanger portion and a lower hanger portion extended horizontally from two ends of the vertical piece, a partition plate formed by cutting out the center of the vertical piece vertically, and an inclined piece formed on the upper part of the vertical piece to be inclined in the opposite direction of the upper hanger portion to fix a carrying channel, wherein the channel is inserted to bends between the upper hanger portion and the lower hanger portion and moved along the vertical piece to be inserted to the partition plate of the vertical piece and located in the center of the vertical piece.
