MANUFACTURING METHOD OF TIN PLATED ULTRA-FINE WIRE AND TIN PLATED ULTRA-FINE WIRE MADE BY THE METHOD

A tin-plated ultra-fine wire and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to raise the operational efficiency by preventing a tin-plated layer from being delaminated and preventing formation of nanowhisker in the tin-plated layer. A method for manufacturing a tin-plated ultra-fine wire comprises a step of forming a wire rod having a specific diameter by casting and extruding cupper-based metal(S100). The surface of the wire rod is shaved to remove defect thereof(S200). The section of the wire rod is reduced step by step in the order of a thick wire, a medium wire and a fine wire (S300). The fine wire is subject to flux coating(S400). The flux-coated fine wire is put into a molten tin plating tank such that the fine wire is plated with tin(S500). The section of the fine wire plated with tin is reduced to form an ultra-fine wire(S600).
