MULTI HOT PRESSING APPARATUS

A hot-pressing and sintering apparatus is provided to improve productivity by using a multi-layered and multi-shaft press structure and to promote the practical use of fire retardant non-oxide ceramics. A hot-pressing and sintering apparatus(100) is composed of: a base frame unit(110) supporting the entire load of the apparatus and facilitating movement of the apparatus; a controller unit(160) controlling the whole operations of the apparatus and operating the apparatus, and displaying the present operation state of the apparatus; a heater unit(120) having a space capable of installing a sintering mold unit(150) for molding an object, and supplying and controlling heat necessary for sintering; a vacuum device unit for making the vacuum and gas atmosphere in the space of the heater unit equipped with the sintering mold unit; the sintering mold unit disposed in the heater unit and provided with a multi-layered and multi-shaft molding structure having an object-receiving and molding space; and a multi-shaft press unit(140) for providing pressurizing force for molding the object and forming strength, to the sintering mold unit.
