A low noise differential amplifier is provided to increase an amplification gain and to improve a linearity without an additional power consumption by reducing impedance of junction between two input transistors and two cascade output transistors. A low noise differential amplifier includes two input transistors(M1,M2), two cascode output transistors(M3,M4), and a cross-coupler(111). The input transistors invert and amplify two input signals received at gates. The cascode output transistors are series-connected to the two input transistors and amplify the amplified signals from the input transistors. The cross-coupler cross-couples junction nodes between the input and cascode output transistors with gates of the caascode output transistors. |
