A method for landscape construction of an embankment by spreading plant seed on the inclination surface and installing a wood rod for prevention of seed wash away thereon is provided to enable planned landscaping by planting plant seed of different kinds and prevents mixing of plant seed from different groups while preventing seed washing down the slope. A landscape construction of an embankment is performed by the step of constructing an embankment with an inclination part on the side of a river; dividing the inclination part into several parts in the height direction and spreading plant seed(20) of different kinds to each of the inclination part; installing a planting mat(30) at the inclination part; and installing a wood rod(40) for prevention of seed wash away on the boundary surface of the inclination part and fixing the wood rod to the inclination part using an anchor(50). A gabion also is installed at the edge of the inclination part. The plant seed is wild flower seed(21) and reed seed(22).
