A taping device of an automobile rubber-hose is provided to remarkably improve work efficiency without manual working of a worker when a tape is pressed and wound around the rubber hose, thereby increasing productivity. A taping device of an automobile rubber-hose includes a main body(10), a driving unit, and a control unit. The main body is formed by the coupling of right and left plates(20) to be convenient for easily controlling by a worker. The driving unit has a driving pulley and an interlocking pulley. The driving pulley operates a shaft integrally formed with a reel(18) by receiving rotary power of the driving motor. The interlocking pulley is connected to the driving by a belt. The control unit has an air brake(26). The air brake has a brake drum and a brake piece on an end of the shaft to control the rotary power of the reel.
