PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass slurry obtained by wet dispersion in a pulverized state and capable of suppressing occurrence of defects such as pinholes in a high-definition pattern formed product, and a photosensitive paste composition, a photosensitive conductive paste and a photosensitive black paste using the glass slurry, and to supply a plasma display panel in a good yield. SOLUTION: The glass slurry is obtained through a step of wet-dispersing a mixture comprising (a) 40-90 parts by mass of glass frit having a softening point of 420-580°C, (b) 10-60 parts by mass of an organic solvent and (c) 0.03-10 parts by mass of a dispersant.
