A method and an apparatus for offering multi-channel digital broadcasting data are provided to display multi-channel images on a single screen at the same time, thereby easily and promptly supporting channel selection and channel switching. A digital broadcasting-receiving unit(100) simultaneously receives digital broadcasting data for two or more channels. A digital broadcasting-outputting unit(170) simultaneously outputs real-time broadcasting data of one of the channels and still images of the other channels on a single screen. A still image-updating unit periodically updates the still images of the other channels. The digital broadcasting-receiving unit simultaneously or sequentially receives digital broadcasting data of one major channel and one or more minor channels. |
