A fabricated gang form is provided to heighten the recycling rate of a gang form and to keep the flatness of a form panel by forming form panels, vertical supports and horizontal supports to be disassembled and assembled. A fabricated gang form(G) comprises one or more unit form panels(11,11') formed by fastening aluminum outer frames(111) to the inner circumference of a flat plate with bolts and nuts, plural vertical supports(20) made of aluminum alloys and inserted between the outer frames of the unit form panels to make a convex plane projected or exposed between the unit form panels, plural horizontal supports(30) made of aluminum alloys and placed at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the vertical supports, support plates(40,40') formed on the outside of the outer frames of the unit form panels, fixed with fixing bolts and fixing nuts penetrating the outer frames and the vertical supports, and provided with coupling grooves coupled with the inside of the horizontal support and located on the outside of the convex plane of the vertical support and a hanging piece formed on the upper and lower sides of the inner outside of the coupling groove and having a hanging hole, a pressurizer(50) composed of a pressure bolt provided with a head unified with a pressure plate contacted with one side of the horizontal support and a pressure pipe provided with a screw hole fastening with the pressure bolt and a hanging plate having hanging grooves at two sides, and a hanger(60) composed of a hook suspended on the hanging hole formed on the hanging piece of the support plates and a hanging part suspended on the hanging groove of the pressurizer.
