A roll screen blind lifted up and down in one row is provided to move a roll screen easily and to control a rising speed of the roll screen by installing gears in a rotary device having a one row ball chain and moving the screen through a rotary unit. A roll screen blind lifted up and down in one row comprises a fixed unit(A), a rotary unit(B), a releasing unit(C), and a cover unit(D). The fixed unit has a fixed plate(13) having a cover plate(12) formed with guide projections(11), and a fixed protrusion(16) formed with a fixed shaft(15) at the center of fixed projections(14). The rotary unit is installed with gears(40,42) in a rotary device having a one row ball chain(160) and moves down the screen. The releasing unit moves a moving tool(90) forward, releases the restriction, and moves a cover unit freely. The cover unit, installed with springs(100,120), a cover(140), and catching grooves, lifts down the screen installed on the outer surface by elastic force of the springs. Combining grooves(34) are formed on the fixed protrusion. A left spring(20) is installed in the coupling groove. |
