<p>A shared memory device is provided to connect and extend a plurality of processor elements through memories using an efficient scalable method. A shared memory device comprises a plurality of processor elements, a plurality of memory modules accessed by the plurality of processor elements and a connection device enabling a specific processor element among the plurality of processor elements to access a specific memory module among the plurality of memory modules. The plurality of processor elements access a plurality of memory systems constituted with at least one memory module through the connection device. Each memory system accessed by the other processor element enables the plurality of memory modules to be partially accessed by the other processor element.</p> |
