<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide-mouthed sealed container which can be simply opened in one operation, prevent a refuse from being generated in a re-closing operation, and can easily take out its content. <P>SOLUTION: The sealed container 10 is equipped with a container body 11 formed of a flexible material with one side opened and the other side closed, and a shape-keeping ring 12 which is stuck to one side opening 11a of the container body 11 and is separated from the container body 11, and formed of a rigid material for determining the shape of the one side opening 11a of the container body 11. A cap 13 comprises a cap body 13b to be fitted to the shape-keeping ring 12, and an inner lid 13c interposed between the cap body 13b and the shape-keeping ring 12.
