<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting lamp and light-emitting diode display device, which prevent a false recognition due to incident light from the outside such as a reflected light without causing no display nonuniformity. <P>SOLUTION: In the light-emitting diode lamp, the upper side curved surface 5A in the upper side part 5 of a convex lens 3 has a shape different from that of the upper side curved surface 6A in the upper side part 6 and refracts a light emitted by the light-emitting diode chip 2 larger than the upper side curved surface 6A. Thus, even when outer light enters, it is avoided that the outer light is reflected to the front surface, so that a false recognition is prevented. Since an interface S1 between the upper side part 5 and lower side part 6 of the convex lens 3 is located on the upper side terminal face 2A of the light-emitting diode chip 2, an outgoing light is prevented from concentrating on the interface S1, and a lopsided light-emitting peak is prevented from being caused on the front surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
