<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide radio communication equipment achieving stable connection even in cell boundaries where the maximum transmitting power is required in packet communication using an HSDPA system. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 300 controls a transmitting power control part 500.
