<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-safety in-vivo tissue closing device perfectly arresting hemorrhage by easily, quickly and surely closing a wound hole formed in an in-vivo tissue membrane. <P>SOLUTION: This in-vivo tissue closing device includes an elongate arrangement device whose distal end can penetrate a wound hole penetrating an in-vivo tissue membrane and which has a handling portion on the proximal side, and a clip 4 detachably retained at the distal end of an arrangement device and closing the wound hole. The arrangement device includes a thread 8 for detachably retaining the clip 4 and pulling the clip 4 in the proximal direction, a cover tube 6, a fixed tube 7 and a slit tube 10. The slit tube 10 has a storage part 102 for storing a deformation part 42 of the clip 4, and a support part 103 positioned at the distal end side of the storage part 102, having a slit, blocking or suppressing the intrusion of liquid such as blood into the storage part 102 and supporting a thread 46. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
