<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectifying circuit for chips that performs rectifying action, without losing ASK modification data, even when data detection is carried out with respect to ASK modulation radio waves and excessive radio waves are supplied to a chip using this radio wave as a power source. <P>SOLUTION: A chip is connected to an antenna coil and a capacitative element, includes multiple diodes and capacitative elements, carries out data detection with respect to ASK modulation radio waves, and uses this radio wave as the power source. The rectifying circuit is included in this chip.
