摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical apparatus wherein the occurrence of troubles in the power supply module can be detected, using a small number of current detecting means, without having to provide a current detecting means, such as CT, for each basic module. <P>SOLUTION: Multiple basic modules PS1 to PS10 are divided into multiple groups A, B. The basic modules are connected in parallel in each group, and all the groups are connected in parallel. The current line of group A and the current line of group B are passed through an insertion hole in CT 11 so that the direction of current is reversed. The current value detected by the CT 11 is monitored at a determination circuit 13. When the current value detected by the CT 11 is equal to or higher than a preset upper-limit value or equal to or lower than a preset lower-limit value, the determination circuit issues an alarm. As stated earlier, the output lines are passed through the through hole in the CT 11. Therefore, the current detected, when the electrical apparatus 1 is in operation is smaller than in conventional electrical apparatuses.
