PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface for a biosensor capable of manufacturing a measuring chip for the biosensor having higher sensitivity. SOLUTION: In the surface for the biosensor, a high-molecular compound, which contains a stimulation responsive polymer bonded to an analyte to cause phase transfer and a physiological substance recognizing molecule for bonding the stimulation responsive polymer to the analyte and is constituted by bonding the physiological substance recognizing molecule to the stimulation responsive polymer through a spacer molecule.
