PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition containing a polycarbonate diol, enabling the formation of a coated film excellent in the physical property balance of coated film hardness, flexibility, acid resistance, alkali resistance, alcohol resistance, oil resistance, etc., and having a soft touch feeling. SOLUTION: This curable composition contains (a) a polyisocyanate compound having at least≥2 isocyanate groups in one molecule, (b) a specific aliphatic polycarbonate diol synthesized from 1,5-pentane diol and 1,6-hexane diol and (c) polyurethane particles having 2 to 20μm mean particle diameter, as essential components.
