PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a console box of construction machine, which strengthens a support structure of the console box, and makes effective use of a cab interior space. SOLUTION: The mounting structure 30 of the console box 20 is provided for the console box 20 erected from a floor surface in a cab 10 of a hydraulic excavator 1, and consists of first to third support members 31 to 33, and a side wall member 34 which connects between the first and second support members 31, 32, and is arranged almost in parallel with a side surface of the console box 20. Then the first and second support members 31, 32, the side wall member 34, and the side surface of the console box 20 cooperatively secure a storage space S available as a magazine rack.
