PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyvinyl chloride resin composition particularly suitable for extrusion molding that enhances resistance to the coloration during molding and molding processability (gelation time and retention of balanced torque) without the detriment to heat resistance and impact resistance. SOLUTION: The polyvinyl chloride resin composition comprises 100 pts.mass of a polyvinyl chloride resin and 0.1-30 pts.mass of a polymer having a Tg within the range of 0-150°C and containing a glycidyl (meth)acrylate unit, satisfies the expression (1) below and substantially contains no plasticizer. 0.75≤(A)×(B)/100≤1.75 (1). [In the expression, (A) is the amount in pts.mass of the polymer containing the glycidyl (meth)acrylate unit based on 100 pts.mass of the polyvinyl chloride resin, and (B) is the content (mass%) of the glycidyl (meth)acrylate unit].
