PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber coating agent for providing a coating film having excellent adhesivity, abrasion resistance and surface smoothness. SOLUTION: The rubber coating agent is composed of an aqueous resin composition comprising (A) 100 parts by wt. of a curable silicone composition consisting of (A-1) an organopolysiloxane in which a hydroxy group, a group represented by formula R<SP>1</SP>O- and a group represented by formula (1) are bonded to the same silicon atom at the end of a polysiloxane chain, (A-2) an alkoxy silane and/or its partially hydrolyzed condensate and (A-3) a condensation catalyst, (B) 10-200 parts by wt. of a polyurethane resin and (C) 10-200 parts by wt. of spherical silicone rubber fine particles containing 0.5-40 wt.% of silicone oil and having an average particle diameter 0.5-50μm.
