PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transplantation material capable of promoting the regeneration and increase of gingival epithelium and subepithelial connective tissue. SOLUTION: The promoter of the gingival plasty comprises a combination of a bioabsorbable polymer hydrogel containing a cell growth factor with a biocompatible porous carrier. For example, a basic fibroblast growth factor can be used as the cell growth factor, and for example, gelatin hydrogel can be used as the bioabsorbable polymer hydrogel.
