The stopper has a body (1) with a fixation base (2) for permitting a fixation of the stopper by welding. The base has an upper part (3) with an outer thread (4a) for reversible coupling to a cap. A plane inner diaphragm (5) forms an integral part of the body obtained by injection molding, and has product passage orifices that are cut along contours having geometries and shapes. The diaphragm is inserted in an annular gorge (6) that is positioned at semi-height of the stopper for extracting the diaphragm to remove or change the diaphragm. An independent claim is also included for a gable top type package comprising a granular powder product package.
