<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation film having a high output density even at a low temperature of approx, 800°C, a method of manufacturing the power generation films at low cost by simplified processes, and a solid oxide fuel cell using this power generation film by making the electrolyte film thinner without damage such as peels and cracks or faults such as trapping of air bubbles in the interface between the electrode and the electrolyte. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a power generation film 4 comprising the steps of sintering to form a layer of oxygen electrode material which becomes an oxygen electrode 1 and works as a supporting film; sintering to form, on the oxygen electrode material layer, a layer of electrolyte material which becomes an electrolyte 2;sintering to form, on the electrolyte material layer, a layer of fuel electrode material which becomes a fuel electrode 3; and sintering to combine the oxygen electrode material layer, the electrolyte material layer, and the fuel electrode material layer into one; wherein the electrolyte material contains rare-earth fully-stabilized zirconia and alumina and the content of alumina to rare-earth fully-stabilized zirconia is 0.3-1 mass%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
