<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly advance a workflow. <P>SOLUTION: This device comprises: a management means which manages the upper limit value of the use amount of each function of a plurality of kinds of a plurality of processes included in the workflow; a calculation means which calculates the use amount concerning each function required for processing processing information requested in the workflow; a decision means which decides whether work in each process included in the workflow using the use amount can be carried out on the basis of the upper limit value managed by the management means and the use amount calculated by the calculation means; and a use amount control means which reserves the use amount concerning each function calculated by the calculation means by each function as a value managed by the management means before carrying out the workflow when it is decided that the work using the use amount calculated by the calculation means can be carried out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
