<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process a printing job which is formed using the resources chosen by a different fault setting for every various application. <P>SOLUTION: An attribute table for memorizing attribute information which specifies the resources to be chosen from two or more resources used for every application is registered into DISK, and it is judged by a controller that the application specified from the printing job has been registered in the attribute table (S1607). In this case, the choice of the resources is controlled so as to output the printing job based on the attribute information registered in the attribute table as a substitute for a printing attribute designated by the printing job. When the application is judged not to be registered, the printing attribute designated by the printing job is compared with the attribute information registered, and the printing attribute in agreement with the attribute information is changed, and then the choice of the resources is controlled so as to output the printing job. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
