<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module improved in lifetime by reducing interface separation at partition parts. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module is constructed by having a porous oxide semiconductor layer 5 carrying sensitizing dyes, and comprises a first electrode functioning as a window electrode and a second electrode arranged opposed to the first electrode through an electrolyte layer at least at a part. A first base material having the first electrode or a second base material having the second electrode has a partition part. A first oxide film 3 and a second oxide film 8 are respectively arranged on the faces on the opposed sides of the first base material 2 and the second base material 7. So as to correspond to each unit cell 20, a first conductive film 4 is arranged overlapping locally on the first oxide film and a second conductive film 9 is arranged overlapping locally on the second oxide film. Out of adjoining unit cells, the first conductive film to constitute one unit cell and the second conductive film to constitute the other unit cell are jointed by a conductive adhesive member 13 arranged between them on the top face of the partition parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
