<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a submerged plasma generating device and a submerged plasma generating method capable of generating plasma stably in liquid in a wide range including liquid with high conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with a plasma generating electrode 4 fitted in the liquid 3, a counter electrode 5 set in opposition to the plasma generating electrode 4, a high-frequency circuit 7 applying a high frequency between the plasma generating electrode 4 and the counter electrode 5, and an insulating member 6 fitted between the plasma generating electrode 4 and the counter electrode 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
